These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and training programs related to 3D design, professional training, and digital art in Egypt. 4.2 Student Work

Students retain the intellectual property rights to original work they create during our courses. However, we reserve the right to showcase student work for promotional purposes with appropriate attribution.

5. User Conduct

6. Training Services

6.1 Course Registration

Registration for our training programs is subject to availability and confirmation. Payment must be made according to the specified terms for each course.

6.2 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by course type. Generally, cancellations made at least 14 days before the course start date may be eligible for a full or partial refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date.

6.3 Course Completion

Certificates of completion are issued only to students who fulfill all course requirements and attend the minimum required sessions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results obtained from using our services will be accurate or reliable.
